Shipping policy

It generally takes 2-3 business days to ship an order out. If there are any disruptions, we'll be sure to message you about it. If an item arrives with significant damage, just send us a picture within a week of receipt at hey+candles@witchdraught.com, and we'll help compensate or replace you for it.
